I was amazed at the intricate layout and artifacts. Felt like being transported to a village of long ago. Sitting there you could hear and feel the day to day activities of those who lived in such a village. I sent pictures to friends who will be coming to Montreal soon. The Japanese garden in LA is worth a visit and this one is definitely worthwhile as well! It feels like Japan.

Great place , was awesome walking in 60 degree weather and beautiful gardens. The bonsai and other exhibits are well done and maintained. Would highly recommend a visit here... especially the Japanese garden and the roses.

Beautiful, the weather helped, but it’s lovely to be able to experience that portion of the botanical garden. Totally recommend the Bonsai section.
